My mom has been experimenting in the kitchen and came up with this yummy watermelon chia seed jelly. It's easy to make and not to bad for you. Enjoy!
Watermelon Chia Seed Jelly
Ingredients:
16 oz. Watermelon, cubed, seeded, pureed, and strained
1 T. Lemon juice
2 T. Chia seeds
2 T. Honey
Directions:
Mix and chill in the fridge at least 1 hour before eating. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
